About the role

The successful candidate should have strong facilities management credentials, combined withsome experience in installation of new major building systems. A licensed electrician and/orplumber would be a plus. To work in the capacity of an FM, we seek candidates whose corecompetencies include extensive experience with HVAC, plumbing, and other buildingmaintenance competencies. Previous facility management experience in the MENA region ishighly desired. Candidate will be responsible for handling all building codes/compliances and ensureuninterrupted building operation.
Responsibilities: • Hands-on maintenance of electrical facilities and equipment, plumbing, HVAC, andsecurity/camera systems.• Electrical work and generator maintenance.• Work with building management systems.
Qualifications: • Professional education, licenses and certifications in related fields are a plus.• Ability to work under stress in evolving/ambiguous situations.• Interested in traveling on rotations and/or relocating to the Middle East or North Africa,• Arabic language fluency required• International experience desired Compensation● Commensurate with experience;● Overseas Expat package to include:o Housing Allowanceo Dependent Education Allowanceo Health and Life Insuranceso Travel Stipendo Annuity
