About the role

Sunmount Paving Company is seeking an experienced Roller Operator to safely compact dirt, aggregate, or blacktop, reading grade stakes and coordinating with grade checkers to achieve precise grades. The role requires manual dexterity, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work with GPS/laser systems. Daily equipment inspections and teamwork are essential components of this position. Work is outdoors on construction sites in varied weather, with opportunities for growth in the asphalt plant
