Payroll Specialist / Front Desk Receptionist Landscaping Company$22$32/hour (based on experience)MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PMWe're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who can handle both payroll responsibilities and front office operations in a fast-paced landscaping company. This role supports the Accounting Manager and requires someone organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.What You'll Do:Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for 114 employees with accuracy and complianceMaintain payroll records, tax documents, deductions, and benefits processingRespond to employee payroll inquiries and troubleshoot timekeeping issuesPull reports and provide payroll data insights to leadershipSupport payroll system implementation effortsGreet visitors, answer phones, and assist clients professionallyManage scheduling, data entry, emails, and general administrative tasksCommunicate with crews, vendors, and customers effectivelyAssist the Accounting Manager with projects and office supportKeep office operations organized and running smoothlyWhat We're Looking For:Bilingual (English/Spanish) required2+ years of payroll experienceStrong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and complianceExcellent communication and customer service skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systemsSelf-starter with a "get it done" mindsetBenefits:401(k)Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffReferral ProgramCareer development opportunities
