Join a team that is transforming how finance and accounting organizations operate by streamlining processes, improving reporting, and building lasting client relationships along the way.Recruiting for this role ends on 12/31/2026.Work you'll doAs a Senior Consultant, you will implement and deploy NetSuite solutions:Work within an engagement team, identifying business requirements, managing functional design, prototyping, and designing processesProvide NetSuite consulting expertise, using industry experience, business analysis, and best practices to address clients' most complex requirementsImplement and deploy NetSuite solutions that accommodate unique industry, business, and regulatory requirementsConduct business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions with clients, on-site and remotePrepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents for client approvalBuild, develop, and test functional designs and scripted, customized solutions for business components and prototypesDrive test planning, execution, and optimization supportTroubleshoot configuration issues and provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoptionA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationshipsComfort managing multiple priorities across concurrent workstreamsWillingness to mentor and support the development of junior team membersThe teamOur NetSuite practice helps upper mid-market and high-growth organizations modernize their financial and operational systems on a unified cloud platform. We're just as invested in our own team's growth, with hands-on learning and mentorship built into every engagement.QualificationsRequired:3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in one or more of the following areas:Record to Report: General Ledger, Consolidations, Multibook accounting, CTA Analysis, FX variances, and/or Financial ReportingProcure to Pay: Accounts PayableOrder to Cash: Accounts ReceivableBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related fieldAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:Certified NetSuite Professional (NetSuite Administrator / Suite Foundation / ERP Consultant / Multi-Book Consultant / ARM/Revenue Management)Full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience, including Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phasesExperience with NetSuite integrations, customizations, and ERP data migration/cutoverPrevious "Big 4" or large consulting firm experienceStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders across global locationsAdvanced degree in a relevant fieldEagerness to mentor junior staffThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
