About the role

St. Louis Public Library is seeking an Assistant Manager of Building Services to support custodial operations across multiple locations. This hands-on leadership role combines supervision with active custodial work to keep facilities clean, safe and welcoming for staff and visitors. The candidate will supervise crews, manage scheduling and coverage, perform interior cleaning and event setup, and be flexible for evenings/weekends and on-call support as required.
