About the role
Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to partner with U.S. manufacturing leadership across seven sites, delivering strategic HR leadership and organizational capability for ~500 associates.
You will shape workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design, while coaching leaders and driving HR initiatives across a complex, matrixed environment. Hybrid work model with travel up to 30%.
