Compensation: $30/hour, up to 24 hours per week
Levine, Furman & Rubin, LLC is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing, Social Media & Events Coordinator to manage the firm's marketing initiatives, online presence, client events, and educational seminars. This role suits someone who enjoys developing engaging content, running events start to finish, and building relationships that strengthen the firm's client and referral network.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the firm's marketing and social media strategy
  • Manage the firm's social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Maintain and update the firm's website, attorney biographies, and online profiles
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, announcements, and event invitations
  • Plan and coordinate client appreciation events, networking events, and community outreach
  • Organize educational seminars and webinars — scheduling, invitations, registration, venue, materials, and follow-up
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, vendors, venues, and community partners
  • Manage event calendars, marketing deadlines, and project timelines
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in marketing, social media, communications, PR, or event planning preferred
  • Law firm or professional-services experience a plus
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events/projects and meet deadlines
