About the role
MCC Label, a global leader in premium labels, seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to drive our Lean transformation in the plant. You will lead productivity improvements, coach teams, and guide loss elimination using Lean principles, with direct influence across shifts and non-direct reports, reporting to the Plant Manager.
You will champion Kaizen events, develop a site transformation plan with site leadership, monitor KPI performance, and ensure training, audits, and communication plans
