Member Services Representative (Bilingual Tagalog) – Call Center Location: Alameda, CA 94502 (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $28.61/hour Summaries and Responsibilities If you’re an experienced Member Services Representative who’s fluent in Tagalog and English, this is a high-impact onsite role supporting members with benefits, eligibility, authorizations, pharmacy questions, and health plan navigation. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and written communications while delivering excellent customer service, accurate documentation, and first-call resolution whenever possible. This Member Services Representative position is ideal for candidates with healthcare call center, insurance, or managed care experience who enjoy solving problems and helping people. Bilingual Tagalog/English required
