About the role
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Icon General Managerto lead the ICON brand and drive performance across all areas of the business. This role is responsible for setting brand strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, developing products and marketing initiatives, and ensuring ICON continues to deliver industry-leading products and experiences for riders. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone with strong business acumen, deep motorcycle industry knowledge, and a passion for building brands. This position requires an on-site schedule in our Portland, Oregon office.
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee all day-to-day operations of the ICON brand Develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth, profitability, and market share Establish goals and priorities across departments and ensure alignment with business objectives Manage budgets, optimize expenses, and improve financial performance Drive product planning initiatives tied to revenue and profit targets Partner with Marketing to oversee campaigns, events, sponsorships, and brand activations Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, athletes, licensees, and industry partners Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to team members Foster collaboration and transparency between ICON and LeMans teams Evaluate operational effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Present regular operational and financial updates to executive leadership Develop solutions to business challenges, competitive pressures, and organizational needs
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred 4-6 yearsof experience as a General Manager, Brand Leader, or similar executive-level role Strong experience managing budgets, business strategy, and operational performance Deep network and knowledge of the motorcycle industry Strong understanding of business functions, including Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and Marketing Experience developing product strategies and driving profitable growth Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Experience working across multiple sales channels, including B2B and eCommerce, preferred Experience managing athlete contracts, sponsorship agreements, or licensing partnerships is a plus Familiarity with motorcycle helmet and apparel design/development is beneficial Full-time, on-site position Up to 10% travel required Valid driver's license required Disclaimer
