Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Stable, full-time hours)

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding client accounts in both English and Spanish
Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
Negotiate mutually beneficial payment arrangements and resolve account balances
Accurately update customer records and histories in our system Meet daily and monthly performance targets
What We Are Looking ForLanguage: Professional fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish

Skills: Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills

Financial Comfort: Comfort discussing financial matters and account balances professionally

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and data entry skills

Experience: Previous call center, customer service, or collections experience is a plus, but not required. We train the right people!
