About the role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED)5+ years of mortgage industry experience, including at least 3 years in a mortgage servicing environment 2+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer mortgage servicing role
- Prior experience delivering loan files, data and documentation to end investors or third-party entities
- Proficiency with Encompass or a similar loan origination system
- Experience with MSP required
- Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to routinely lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
