About the role

Administrative AssistantPrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client in Broward County is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their busy team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting team members in their daily activities. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing schedules, maintaining files, and facilitating communication within the organization.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Assist with light accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and expense tracking. Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication. Prioritize tasks effectively to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role is a MUST. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. MUST have experience with QuickBooks Online Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
