The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's life insurance distribution strategy, with a focus on driving profitable growth, enhancing strategic partnerships, and building the necessary organizational capabilities. This executive leadership role involves shaping the future of the NMO business, leading a national sales organization, and influencing enterprise success by collaborating across various distribution channels. The VP will be responsible for executing and expanding the NMO channel's strategic vision, driving sales growth, and identifying new market opportunities. They will also be tasked with strengthening strategic distribution partnerships, serving as the primary relationship leader for key NMO partners, and representing the company at industry events. Applicants for the Vice President, NMO Sales position at the company should have a high school diploma, with an advanced degree or industry designations such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, or similar credentials. A minimum of 15 years' experience in insurance or financial services, with at least 10 years in progressive sales leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading sales organizations within the NMO, IMO, or related life insurance distribution channels, as well as experience in building strategic partnerships and delivering sustained sales growth. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to operate effectively within a multi-channel distribution environment.
