About the role
To support the SMIT program, the full-time Change Ticket Coordinator will manage the lifecycle of design and network change tickets using ITSM systems, ensuring process efficiency and compliance while working remotely with occasional site access.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and close Unified Change tickets in ITSM systems
Utilize AI tools to validate and populate ticket fields
Track requirements, deliverables, and approval gates throughout the ticket lifecycleRequired Qualifications1+ years of experience in IT operations, service management, or change management (internship or entry-level experience acceptable)
U.S. citizenship and eligibility for government clearance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Helix, Jira)
