This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of roof repair tasks while interacting directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments of damaged roofs and provide effective repair solutions. Perform repairs and installation of roofing materials in a safe and efficient manner. Deliver high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and procedures. Communicate with customers to explain repairs, expected timelines, and provide ongoing updates. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order. Complete work orders and collect payments upon project completion. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in roofing repair and installation. Strong knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques. Ability to diagnose roofing issues quickly and effectively. Excellent customer service skills and clear communication. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely. Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
