Service Center Advisor Rotating Schedule, Every Other Weekend Sapp Bros., Inc., a growing chain of travel centers, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. What You'll Do:
As a Service Advisor, you'll build strong customer relationships and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. You'll oversee the service process from start to finish, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, building lasting relationships.
Manage the service process, from initial contact to completion.
Ensure vehicles undergo lock-out/tag-out procedures for safety.
Assign work orders to skilled technicians and monitor job completion.
Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
Complete work orders and assist with inventory management.
Support over-the-counter sales and assist with fleet accounts.
Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag compliance.

- Ideal Candidates Have:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).At least 1 year of previous experience in a service advisor or service writer role (preferred).Strong typing skills and the ability to work with computer applications.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to perform basic math and use an adding machine.
