As a finisher at our Dane location, you will: Be aware of and follow all safety policies Ensure work truck(s) are loaded correctly Maintain site organization and clean-upComplete hard trowel finishing on garages up to 600 sq ftComplete hard trowel finishing on basements up to 1000 sq ftComplete exterior edging and hard trowel finishing on front stoops as needed Be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets Why Cru Concrete? Requirements:
- Great work ethic, punctual, and dependable
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Willing and able to drive own vehicle to jobsites within a 50 mile radius of our Dane shop
- At least 6 months of prior experience in hard trowel concrete finishing
- Ability to work outside in all conditions
- Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds repeatedly
