We provide: Base pay range$100,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
Responsibilities: Engage with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs and provide solutions that meet their goals. Represent P.J. Fitzpatrick with professionalism, delivering high-quality customer service. Utilize provided training and high-quality leads to drive sales and close deals. Collaborate with management and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills to connect with clients effectively Proficient computer skills to manage sales leads and customer interactions A professional appearance and a positive attitude are key Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential
