Role Description:
VIOLET GREY is seeking a full-time Store Manager for its Dallas location. This on-site role involves overseeing all store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales to meet performance goals. The Store Manager will ensure customer satisfaction through personalized experiences, manage a team of retail associates, and ensure best practices in retail loss prevention while upholding VIOLET GREY's luxury brand standards. The position also requires maintaining an inspiring and well-organized store environment that reflects the company’s values.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience within the beauty industry (luxury preferred).Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance strategies. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury client service. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
