Why This Is a Great Opportunity No experience required — training provided4-day work week (Fridays as needed) Competitive pay + overtime opportunities$1,000 sign-on bonus Strong benefits & paid time off Friendly, team-oriented environment Opportunity to learn manufacturing and packaging skills Schedule2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2 AM Fridays as needed What You'll Learn & DoSelect and wrap products in protective materials Box, crate, palletize, and stretch-wrap products for shipment Operate basic power tools and hand tools Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications Monitor and maintain product quality Read production paperwork and diagrams Perform testing of parts and mechanisms as required Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
  • Ability to read and follow specifications and work instructions
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
  • Willingness to learn packaging and metalworking processes
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, and sit for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold manufacturing environments
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
