Read on!!!Our client is looking for an Office & IT Support Coordinator to serve as the on-site backbone of their Phoenix operations. This role blends office administration, HR onboarding support, and hands-on IT coordination into one high-trust position with real variety in the day to day.
Responsibilities: 1-2+ years of experience in office administration, IT support, or a related role Basic technical troubleshooting skills (Windows/Mac, printers, Wi-Fi, networking)Strong organizational and time management abilitiesA proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to figure things out independently Comfort handling confidential employee and HR information Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required Familiarity with ticketing systems, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 preferred
Key Responsibilities include: Serving as the on-site point of contact for office operations, vendors, mail, and supply ordering Providing hands-on IT troubleshooting and acting as the liaison between the Phoenix office and the remote IT team Setting up workstations and provisioning devices for new hires Escalating and coordinating with third-party IT vendors on issues beyond basic troubleshooting Supporting employee onboarding logistics, benefits navigation, and HRIS updates in partnership with HRManaging meeting room setup including A/V equipment and presentations Keeping the office organized, functional, and well-stocked
Compensation Includes: $55,000 - $60,000 annual salaryPTOHealth, dental, and vision insurance 401k with company match This is an on-site role in North Phoenix, AZ.
Working hours: Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm.
