About the role
AboutWe are working with a leading contractor in Florida seeking a Project Manager experienced in Water/Wastewater construction.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads all aspects of project controls — costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, and personnel management
- Owns the full project life cycle, from start-up through completion and close-out
- Manages contractual issues and serves as final decision-maker on problem resolution
- Establishes and maintains strong client relationships
- Delivers accurate cost forecasting and reviews financial projections/cost-to-complete reports
- Oversees Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans
- Coordinates with the Safety Manager to ensure site safety goals are met
- Requires 5+ years of experience managing construction teams, with a track record of client relationship success
