About the role

Montefiore is seeking an Epic Instructional Designer to design and deliver training for Epic implementations and upgrades across clinical, operational, and administrative workflows. You will translate Epic builds into engaging, measurable learning solutions and partner with SMEs and leaders to ensure effective adoption. The role requires expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and experience in a healthcare Epic environment, with capabilities in creating multi-format training
