About the role

Pilbara Minerals Limited is seeking a Principal FP&A to lead financial analysis and investment decision support from our Perth head office. You will build and evolve sophisticated models to deliver data-driven insights, guiding senior leadership on risk-adjusted returns for shareholders and stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in corporate finance, consulting or investment banking, with mining industry exposure and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. This is a permanent full-time role.
