The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing scheduling strategies that align with client demand, clinician capacity, and growth plans. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and service-minded individual with a strong background in scheduling, workforce planning, or healthcare operations. The VP will work closely with clinical and executive leaders to improve access to care, strengthen the family experience, and build scalable processes and technology. Key responsibilities include owning service-hour performance, improving access to care, and building scalable processes and technology alongside clinical and executive leaders. Applicants for the Vice President of Scheduling Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a related Master's degree preferred, and at least five years of progressive leadership experience in a relevant field. The role demands a proven track record in improving operational measures through analysis and process improvement, as well as strong skills in forecasting, problem-solving, communication, and change management. Experience in healthcare, particularly in pediatric care or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is strongly preferred. The VP will be expected to lead and develop scheduling managers and their teams, set expectations for communication, and partner with various departments to enhance the overall scheduling process.
