About the role

We are partnering with a global Med Tech leader to appoint a Vice President of Sales for its $500M US Brain business, covering DBS, laser-ablation and emerging BCI technologies. The successful candidate will lead the US commercial organisation while shaping how new technologies are launched, adopted and scaled.
The opportunity: Lead the US sales strategy and a large, multi-layered field organisation Accelerate growth across an established neurological portfolio Bring new technologies to market and create new therapy categories Develop KOLs, clinical pathways and health-system adoption Influence portfolio strategy and commercial investment Partner closely with marketing, R&D, clinical, operations, reimbursement and finance The profile Senior commercial leadership experience within neuromodulation, neurotechnology or complex implantable devices Proven success launching new products, developing markets or creating categories Experience leading a substantial business and geographically dispersed salesforce Strong relationships with neurologists, neurosurgeons, KOLs and health systems Meaningful career experience outside sales is essential Candidates must have previously held direct responsibility within another function, such as marketing, operations, strategy, product, clinical, business development or general management. Simply partnering with these functions will not be enough. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven innovation leader to shape the next generation of brain therapies.
