About the role
To support and expand environmental investigation and remediation practices, the full-time California Licensed Senior Hydrogeologist (Seller-Doer) will provide technical leadership, manage client relationships, and drive business development efforts, with the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements.
Key responsibilities:
Build and expand a client portfolio through new client acquisition and repeat business in environmental investigation and remediation
Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to meet project goals, budgets, and schedules
Provide hydrogeologic technical leadership for complex investigation and remediation projects, including field investigations and report preparation
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field
Professional Geologist (PG) or Certified Hydrogeologist (CHg) license in California
10-20 years of progressive consulting experience in geology/hydrogeology
Demonstrated business development and client relationship experience
Experience with regulatory programs such as CERCLA, RCRA, and CalEPA
