We deliver far more than just on time and on budget-we deliver with MORE Paschen.Position Overview:The Project Engineer is a critical component of the project team that works together to managea construction project.Assigned Responsibilities:Coordinate material procurement and deliveryProduce project schedulesReview and determine suitability of shop drawings and submittalsQuote/qualify subcontractor requests for change ordersTrack status of change ordersTrack status of Requests for InformationCollect, verify, and distribute as-builtsMaintain project close-out documentsAssist with field supervisionBlueprint readingQuantity take-offsSub-contractor solicitationsCorrespondenceQuality ControlSubcontractor CoordinationOther duties as assignedRequirementsHave knowledge of technology related to construction, such as Blue Beam, Revit, and ProcoreStrong written and oral communication skills are requiredExperience with computer applications for spreadsheets, word processing and scheduling is preferred4-year degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or Business is requiredPrior internship experience is a plusBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time off401K matchingFlexible spending accountLife insuranceReferral programProfessional development assistanceF.H.
