We're hiring Brake Press Operators for a local manufacturer. We're looking for someone with a background in metal forming or fabrication who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to grow their skills!
Role Highlights
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.49
2nd and 3rd shift available, $2.00/hour shift premium

What You'll Do:
Set up and operate Cincinnati hydraulic CNC press brakes and punch press equipment
Select the correct tooling based on job requirements and setup documentation
Load, install, and properly set up tooling with assistance as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications
Measure completed parts to verify dimensions and quality requirements
Complete assigned work according to established production and quality standards
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment; 1+ year preferred
Experience with metal forming, fabrication, hydraulic presses, punch presses, or similar equipment preferred
Basic knowledge of press brake setup and operation is a plus
High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical certificate preferred
Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings
Ability to perform dimensional measurements and learn to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Solid math skills, mechanical aptitude, and keen attention to detail
