About the role
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Service Delivery Project Manager will manage customer service installations, ensuring on-time delivery and excellent communication between internal teams and clients while overseeing project milestones and resolving escalated issues.
Key responsibilitiesLead managed services deployments across technical operations teams, ensuring alignment on goals and delivery timelines
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing regular updates and managing project risks
Organize and coordinate internal resources for the timely implementation of complex projects while interfacing directly with customersRequired qualificationsCAPM or PMP certification preferred, with significant project management and cloud experience considered in lieu of accreditation
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience implementing cloud-based solutions
Proficient in developing project plans and managing resources using standard project management tools
Experience in coordinating projects, determining resource requirements, and ensuring deadlines are met
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders
