Our team of talented designers is passionate about creating an interior atmosphere to maximize the potential of each home we stage.About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Lead & Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own the sales function end to end. This role is responsible for closing inbound opportunities, generating new business through outbound prospecting, and cultivating long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat and referral business. You will be measured on a monthly revenue quota, and compensation is built to reward those who consistently meet and exceed quota.Key ResponsibilitiesClose inbound sales opportunities from first client conversation through signed contract.Proactively prospect and generate new business through outbound outreach to realtors, brokerages, builders, and fix and flip investors.Build and maintain ongoing relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, builders, and investors to generate repeat and referral business.Create proposals and pricing that accurately reflect client goals and property requirements.Negotiate pricing in alignment with company policies and margin targets.Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, opportunities, and account activity in Salesforce.Meet or exceed monthly sales quota.Collaborate closely with Design and Operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff from contract to staging.Take on additional sales and account management responsibilities as requested.QualificationsProven track record in a quota-driven sales role, ideally with account management or relationship-based selling experience.Comfortable owning both inbound conversions and outbound prospecting.Experience building relationships with real estate agents, brokers, builders, or investors is a strong plus.Familiarity with the Denver, Colorado real estate market is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills.Ability to work independently, manage a full pipeline, and operate with a high degree of accountability.Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.Compensation and BenefitsBase compensation: $60,000 per year.Commission: 10% flat commission on all sales closed above the $60,000 monthly quota.Company 401(k) retirement plan with company match.This is a results-driven role.
