Lehigh Heavy Forge Corporation is seeking a Structure & Outfitting Lead to head the design and coordination of structural and outfitting systems across vessel construction projects. You will oversee a team of designers and ensure all design deliverables meet project requirements, regulatory standards, and production needs, while collaborating with engineering, production, purchasing, and project management.
