About the role

To support the production of engaging video content, the fully remote Long Form Video Editor will manage the editing process for 30 to 60 minute interviews on The Rundown's YouTube page, including motion graphics, sound mixing, and visual enhancements. Key Responsibilities Editing raw interview recordings into polished videos for YouTube Creating motion graphics, including lower-third text animations to display guest and host names Upholding video quality standards through color correction, audio mixing, sound effects, and music selection Required Qualifications 2-5 years of professional experience editing content for YouTube or other social media platforms Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, with a solid understanding of motion graphics workflows Expert-level understanding of full stack editing, including basic color grading and audio mixing An understanding of good design principles An interest in AI, tech, and digital media
