Role: Executive Director, Stakeholder Advocacy leading advocacy initiatives for Celldex's biopharma portfolio, focusing on allergy, immunology, and autoimmune disorders.
Responsibilities: develop and direct advocacy strategies aligned with regulatory and policy changes build relationships with policymakers, patient groups, industry partners, and non-traditional stakeholders communicate advocacy goals internally and externally monitor policy impacts on market access and product accessibility provide leadership to advocacy teams and report to executive management establish metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred 15+ years in pharma/biopharma with strong advocacy and policy experience, ideally within immunology and inflammation markets proven leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills deep knowledge of regulatory, payer, and market landscapes able to navigate complex policy environments HighValue:advocacy leadership in immunology/autoimmune space, extensive stakeholder engagement, policy and regulatory expertise, 50%+ travel pre-launch and launch phase involvement
