About the role

J. Lee Associates is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to lead and mentor our tower crews in the Marlborough, MA area. You will ensure safe execution of multi-site projects, coordinate with project management, and maintain thorough on-site reporting. The ideal candidate has multiple years of tower climbing experience, supervisory skills, and relevant certifications; US travel and a valid license are required. On-site work with stringent safety standards is expected.
