About the role

Alta Med Health Services Corporation is seeking a Director of Individual Giving in a hybrid role at Commerce, CA. The position designs and grows the annual giving program, managing leadership gifts from $1,000 to $9,999 while guiding donors from first-time gifts to major giving, and overseeing multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, including 3 years in leadership annual giving, with team leadership and Spanish
