About the role
Kymeta seeks a Manager, Engineering Project Leader to own and drive high‑priority development programs end‑to‑end, while mentoring a team of EPLs. This player‑coach role combines hands‑on execution with leadership across hardware and software initiatives, collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and suppliers to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
You will establish standards, govern risk and scope, manage budgets, and report health and status to leadership.
