About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the brand's social presence in Jacksonville, Florida and create compelling content that strengthens audience engagement across key platforms. This role blends strategy, content development, analytics, and community management, making it ideal for someone who can turn insights into high-performing social programs. The successful candidate will partner across teams and with external agencies to expand reach, elevate creative quality, and deliver a responsive, customer-focused social experience.
Responsibilities: Build and oversee a multi-platform social media calendar that supports campaign goals, brand visibility, and ongoing audience engagement. Create and refine platform-specific content, including written copy, short-form video concepts, and creative direction for in-house or agency-produced assets. Drive fresh, platform-native ideas that improve content performance and capture attention quickly in crowded social feeds. Track conversations, keywords, emerging trends, and engagement patterns to identify opportunities for content improvement and audience growth. Establish performance metrics for social channels, prepare recurring reports, and present clear insights that guide future strategy decisions. Work closely with marketing, sales, product, compliance, and outside partners to ensure social initiatives align with business objectives and brand standards. Lead social response workflows and support social care team operations to deliver timely, high-quality interactions with customers and followers. Maintain social media practices that meet applicable regulatory and policy requirements while protecting brand reputation. Support on-site events when needed by helping activate social coverage and extend audience engagement beyond digital channels.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
