Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Finance Systems Manager to support a large-scale Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning implementation and lead the ongoing administration, optimization, governance, and support of the Finance systems environment. This role sits within Finance/Accounting and serves as the critical bridge between Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an accounting professional with deep enterprise financial systems experience and a strong history of Workday Financials implementations and migrations.
What You'll Do:
Support and lead key phases of a large-scale Workday Financials implementation, including testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
Serve as the strategic owner of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
Administer and optimize Workday FDM, Worktags, cost centers, business units, reporting structures, and security.
Partner with Accounting and FP&A to improve financial processes, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Translate Finance business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and enhancements.
Lead issue resolution, enhancement prioritization, testing, and system governance.
Support internal controls, audit requirements, segregation of duties, and security administration.
Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices.
Partner with Finance, IT, HRIS, and operational teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Must-Have:
Qualifications 5+ years of enterprise financial systems experience at a Manager or senior level.
Strong hands-on Workday Financials experience.
Experience as a key/core team member on a large-scale, multi-year Workday migration or implementation.
Ability to clearly articulate your specific role, ownership, and responsibilities throughout the implementation, including testing, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization.
Experience with Workday FDM, Worktags, financial reporting, security, and governance.
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred.
Strong accounting foundation including GAAP, General Ledger, close processes, AP/AR, and internal controls.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work effectively across Finance and Technology.

The ideal candidate is an Accounting/Finance professional who has moved into Finance Systems/ERP leadership and has hands-on experience with Workday Financials in a complex enterprise environment.
