Higher pay may be available for candidates with extensive industry, lead, or supervisory experience. This is a hands-on field technician position-not a traditional CDL driving job. Technicians operate their own pump truck and equipment while performing septic and grease pumping services at customer locations.
Responsibilities: Operate 2,500-4,000 gallon pump trucks. Locate, expose, pump, clean, and inspect septic systems. Operate a mini excavator and tow equipment. Perform digging, hose handling, and other physical field work. Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers. Document jobs and routing using ServiceTitan.
Qualifications: Previous septic, grease pumping, or related pump truck experience strongly preferred. CDL-A preferred, but experienced septic technicians without a CDL will be considered. Mini excavator/equipment experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean/reasonable MVR. Must be comfortable performing physical outdoor work. Strong customer service and communication skills. Benefits & Additional EarningsMedical, Dental & Vision beginning within the first week. $150 annual boot allowance.
