Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair marine engines and propulsion systems
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on boats and marine equipment
- Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics
- Assist with new boat rigging and warranty work
- Support operations in a full-service marine repair facility
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of mechanical experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marine technician or boat repair experience (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with marine engines, electrical systems, and propulsion systems
