Your impact:
- Execute stick welding on structural and miscellaneous components to exact specifications.
- Arrive on site ready to work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Decipher blueprints, symbols, and technical drawings with confidence.
- Keep welding gear and tools maintained and ready for duty.
- Champion safety protocols and regulatory compliance on every task.
- Coordinate with teammates and project managers to meet deadlines and quality goals.
- Verify weld quality through visual inspections aligned with industry standards.
- What you need to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school a plus.
- Documented stick welding experience; travel experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
- Fluency in reading blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong detail orientation and troubleshooting ability.
- Effective communicator and dependable team player.
- Comfort with travel and flexible scheduling.
