Pay:
$22.00/hour | Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Shift Work Our client, a leading aviation services company specializing in private jet operations, is seeking a Line Service Professional to deliver an elite level of customer service to flight crews and passengers on the ground. In this role, you'll fuel and position aircraft, assist with luggage, and keep ramp operations running smoothly and safely.
What You'll Do:
Greet passengers and crewmembers upon arrival Provide ground services for general aviation aircraft, including fueling, lavatory service, ground power, potable water, and catering delivery Marshal, tow, and position aircraft on the ramp and in hangars Manage fuel movement, including quality control, disposal, and paperwork Perform daily checks and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles Maintain a safe, clean, and secure ramp and operations area Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers Attend monthly crew meetings and complete annual recurrent training Communicate with customer service representatives by radio, phone, and in person Who We're Looking For Outgoing, customer-focused, and take pride in delivering a first-class experience Comfortable working around moving and non-moving aircraft in all weather conditions Reliable team player who communicates clearly and works well under pressure Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 21 years of age with a valid driver's license Clean, insurable driving record Ability to lift 75 pounds Basic math skills and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening (drug-free workplace)Customer service experience preferred Prior aircraft ground handling experience a plus, but this is an entry-level position, so we will train the right person Physical Demands &
Work Environment:
This position works outdoors in all types of weather and may involve exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery. The role requires bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, gripping, and climbing a ladder. No travel is expected.
