About the role
Communications Intern – Blue Bell, Pennsylvania
At IPS, a global leader in innovative solutions for consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities in the life sciences industry, we are seeking a talented communications intern. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, IPS Group Communications, and support internal communications initiatives across IPS Enterprise and affiliated businesses. You’ll collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to maintain intranet content, create employee communications, support engagement activities and events, and assist with communications measurement and reporting.
Responsibilities
Supports content management and employee communications across two internal communication platforms/intranet sites.
Contributes to employee engagement and communications initiatives, reaching a global audience.
Assists with communications metrics, reporting, and content performance tracking.
Provides administrative and project support for communications campaigns and events.
Assists with the creation and distribution of internal communications.
Tracks, analyzes, and reports on communication performance metrics.
Contributes to a variety of communications projects and team initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
