About the role
Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking an Infusion Homecare RN for Westchester County, per-diem/part-time field assignments. You will conduct patient visits to initiate care, monitor therapy, and perform follow-ups in patients' homes, coordinating with the infusion team.
The role requires an active NYS RN license, 3+ years in home infusion, IV/SQIG and biologic infusion experience, and strong documentation and teamwork.
