About the role
To support a high-profile partnership with a major philanthropic organization, the full-time remote Partner Services Manager will manage relationships between partner stakeholders and internal teams, overseeing a variety of content initiatives from concept to launch.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for partner stakeholders and internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle
Drive cross-functional alignment across editorial, production, and publishing teams while managing trade-offs and shifting priorities
Create and manage dynamic project timelines, ensuring clear visibility into deliverables and updates for effective execution
Required qualifications:
5 - 7 years of experience in project management and/or account management roles
Strong understanding of video production, publishing, and digital content workflows
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
