We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and thrives on delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers at the front counter, over the phone, and by email.Support sales representatives by preparing estimates, entering orders, and moving jobs into production.Learn and use internal systems, software, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient job handling.Handle general office tasks, including but not limited to billing, filing, scheduling, ordering supplies, and keeping a tidy workspace.Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when assisting customers and colleagues in a fast pace, deadline driven environment.QualificationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Computer-savvy with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.Prior office or customer service experience preferred (printing or related industry experience a plus).Growth OpportunityThe first 6 months will focus on training in our systems, processes, and procedures.
