Required Qualifications:
6-10 years of high-level patent litigation experience.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Experience with running day-to-day litigation tasks, including discovery and motions practice.
Deposition experience is essential.
USPTO registration.
Technical education background.
Job Description:
Litigation Management:-Manage day-to-day litigation tasks, including discovery and motions practice. Oversee and conduct depositions.
Legal Research and Writing: Conduct high-level legal research.
Draft and review legal documents, motions, and briefs. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and court officials.
- Present cases in court as needed. Client Counseling:
- Provide strategic advice to clients regarding patent litigation.
- Counsel clients on patent-related matters and legal strategies.
