About the role

Join us for our final Plog of the year at Big Car Collaborative! What's Plogging? Plogging is a Swedish fitness trend that combines picking up trash while walking or jogging at your own pace (or skating, etc.). This is a great way to combine the outdoors, street beautification, exercise, and of course, supporting our local businesses! Big Car Collaborative is hosting our October Plog by providing (one) complimentary drip coffee from Normal Café for each participant as a thank you. To learn more about this local organization, click here! Safety: We highly recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and close-toed shoes. We always recommend bringing a reusable bottle for water but we will have disposable cups available if needed. KIB will provide all supplies, such as litter grabbers, gloves, and trash bags. Parking & Facilities: Check back for important parking updates! Transportation Information: IndyGo Bus #90 stops at Garfield Park Station SB. (a 3 minute walk to the project). Click here to plan your trip with IndyGo! While we love group attendance at volunteer projects, all participants in a group must be registered individually.*If you should need to cancel your registration for any reason, please use this link. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
